Vegan Breakfast Ideas

Chickpeas and fruits Chickpeas fried in 1tbsp olive oil with onion, grated garlic, salt and chili flakes. Blueberries and banana too!	Fried tofu and Fruits Tofu fried in a bit of olive oil with some broccoli and mushrooms, berries on the side	Mango & Soy milk smoothie Blend 1/2 mango with soy milk (or try with vegan yoghourt and berries!)
Vegan tempeh BLT Fry vegan tempeh (maple bacon flavour), spinach, tomato, vegenaise	JUST eggs on toast Mungbean based JUSTeggs with black salt to give it eggy flavour on wholegrain toast :)	Vegan banana chip muffins Choose any vegan muffins and they are healthier than their animal product containing counterparts!
Fried tofu breakfast sandwhich tofu: coat w/ grapeseed oil and mixture of nutritional yeast and garlic powder and fry. Add daiya "cheese", spinach, tomato and optional yves veggie bacon, mustard and vegenaise on everything bagel	Nutracleanse crepes Nutracleanse is a great product that is even better than using flax eggs, add or substitute in crepes and top with berries and coconut whip!	Cinnamon & cayenne toast with flax oil, cinnamon, cayenne & little bit o sugar
Mandarins Fruits are high in Vit C	Vegan cheese & tomato toast With flax oil, tomato, vegan cheese, s&p	Cereal & Organic Soy Milk Fruit Loops FOR FUN :D

Vega all-in-one chocolate shake Add nutracleanse & chlorella for an added fibre and cleansing boost!	Berry soy milk shake with Daiya plain vegan yogurt, organic soy milk, frozen berries, swirl of coconut milk	Yam & black bean scramble Cook yam in microwave ~8mins, fry onions, red pepper, kale. Add black beans, avo & pumpkin seeds drizzle w/ flax oil
Vegan Breakfast Sandwich Yves vegan sausage and Daiya Vegan cheese on toast with strawberry jam	Cereals w/ soy milk Plain or chocolate (can also use oat milk)	Peanut butter toast w/ avo, orange & plu,s Some whole grain carbs are needed. Most breads are vegan :)
Tofu scramble Spinach with turmeric, s&p - fried in grapeseed oil. Add spinach, basil, tomatoes salt & pepper	Vega all-in-one mocha The mocha shake mix added to coffee. Move over bullet-proof coffee!	Warm soy matcha & Fruits!!! Blueberries, cherries, tomatoes are fruits too :D
Vegan chocolate pudding 1/2 avocado, 1 Tbsp raw cacao, 1 c chocolate soy milk - blend and top w/ walnuts, pumpkin seeds, dark chocolate (70% or higher but check for "milk ingredients")	Vegan chocolate muffins SO many delicious vegan options to choose from. Replace flax eggs w/ nutracleanse to make them even healthier!	Easy Smoothie Bowl Vega smoothie w/ shredded coconut, top w/ bananas & raspberries

A simple lentil soup is a great lunchtime staple

Soybean soup Frozen soybeans with carrots, potatoes, onion, cilantro. I forget which spices but start with salt and pepper and get creative!	Borscht With added cabbage and lemon juice!	beeasyvegan split pea soup Organic split peas simmer with herbamare for 1+ hr. Add frozen peas, carrots & corn. Easypeasy
beeasyvegan soup 1/2 c lentils, 1/2 c quinoa, can bean medley, onion, carrot, celery, cabbage & gr onion. Herbamare to taste. Peasant Soup Veggies, legumes and pasta. One of my mom's favs!	Tomato soup Tomato soup with quinoa added.	Summer Salad Massage kale with olive oil 5mins add chickpeas, cucumber, tomatoes, radishes (any veggies you like!) lemon juice, hemp hearts
Strawberry Spinach Salad With tofu puffs, strawberries, red onion, pumpkin seeds. Stuffed Peppers Cook quinoa, add flax oil, olives, cabbage (raw) and stuff raw pepper halves or any other vegan stuffed pepper recipe :D	Flax crusted Cauliflower Roast chopped cauliflower (drizzle w/ grapeseed oil & ground flax seeds, herbamare) and spinach and chickpea bites (costco).
